Hi! Iā€™m Amy Brugh. I use she/her pronouns.

I started Amy Brugh Consulting in January 2013. I provide services in interim staffing, planning and facilitation, mediation, project management, and training.

Prior to starting my consulting practice, I worked at the Minnesota AIDS Project and Planned Parenthood. I believe that everything can be connected back to the principles of public health. I am an adjunct faculty instructor in the School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota. I volunteer at The Cedar, Family Tree Clinic, and the Dispute Resolution Center.

I am trained in Technology of Participation and Art of Hosting facilitation methods, and Restorative Justice practices. I am a Qualified Neutral, which means I am trained and can practice as a Civil Mediator. I am an alum of the James P. Shannon Leadership Institute. I earned a Master of Public Health degree in Community Health Education from the University of Minnesota and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nebraska.

My home is South Minneapolis. I bike, walk, and use transit for my transportation. My favorite places are independent coffee shops, art museums, dance floors, gardens, and libraries. I hope to travel to my 47th country someday soon.
